Our first annual Yogathon NL is a 12-hour virtual community event featuring a variety of yoga styles in support of mental health. Participating in our Yogathon will contribute to your overall mental and physical well-being.
All proceeds from our fundraiser will be used to create more Mental Health First Aid learning opportunities in our province.
