How old do you have to be to participate?
You have to be 16 years or older to participate.
What do I have to bring?
You need to bring:
- A yoga mat
- Water bottle
- Comfortable clothes – pants, short, tank tops, hoodies, sweatpants etc
Can I register onsite?
Registration must be completed online. No registration will be done the day of.
I have never done yoga, can I still participate?
For sure! All yoga sessions will be suitable for all levels.
Can I participate in all 12 sessions?
Only one member of the team can participate in each session. Team member must register at register desk at start of class
Can I register as an individual?

Will there be parking available?
There will be meter parking on Duckworth Street and parking available in the parking garage at 330 Duckworth Street which is free on Sundays.
Will this be a scent-free environment?
Yes, the yogathon will be scent-free and free of allergy-sensitive foods.
