It is my hope that by sharing my healing journey and the ups and downs of living with a mental illness, people who live with mental illness or support someone who does will find the help and hope needed to find their way to living well while living with a mental illness.
I’m on a mission to reach and help as many people as possible. We all have mental health and most will experience a mental health issue or mental illness during their life, or be impacted by someone else’s. That’s why I’m building the #imawellbeing online community to share inspirational & powerful stories, tips, skills, techniques, hope, resources, yoga, meditations, support, & coaching for mental health recovery and well being. All from experts and those, like me, with lived experience.
My passion is teaching yoga, meditation, and coping skills to those who live with trauma and mental health illness as part of their recovery and healing process. Recovery is possible. You can heal. I know it is, because I’m in recovery. It does not mean there won’t be relapses along the way where you will need to seek help and fine tune things, that is part of accepting your mental illness. Recovery is not a linear progress, it involves peaks and valleys, the journey to success always does.
