Join this extraordinary virtual yoga event  – Saturday, June 19, 2021.

Show your support and help us reach our goal to grow the number of Mental Health  First Aid trainers and trainees across Newfoundland and Labrador. 

Our first annual Yogathon NL is a 12-hour virtual community event featuring a variety of yoga styles in support of mental health. Participating in our Yogathon will contribute to your overall mental and physical well-being.

All proceeds from our fundraiser will be used to create more Mental Health First Aid learning opportunities in our province.
